Can I order a custom designed gift?

Do the gifts come in a gift basket or a gift box?

Many gifts travel better in a box and are less prone to damage. We generally use boxes for courier deliveries and baskets for deliveries by our own staff. If you have a specific need for a basket or a box then please contact us and we will be happy to help.

What is the cost for delivery?

We charge $15 for deliveries in Queensland and $20 for all other states and territories. However, some remote locations (e.g. islands) are more expensive. We will contact you to discuss the cost and best delivery method.

What happens if a product in the gift basket or gift box is not available?

If a product is temporarily unavailable Adore Gift Baskets reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.

How long does it take to delivery the gift basket or gift box?

Toowoomba and South East Queensland major centres - if you order on a business day  morning we can normally delivery that afternoon. If you order in the afternoon we can deliver the next business day. Saturday morning delivery is available in Toowoomba only. 

For other locations please refer to the table below for estimated delivery times. Please note that delivery to other areas or very remote locations (e.g. islands) can take longer.

How can I change the name in the credit card section?

Unfortunately our website design fills in the credit card name field with the name of the recipient. This is wrong and we apologize but we are unable to change this. Just simply click in the credit card field and change the name.

What are the trading hours?

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. There are no deliveries on public holidays, Saturdays or Sundays as our courier service does not operate.

Although we are on online store you may contact us during these times if you have any questions or wish to discuss a made to order gift.

What if my recipient is not at home at time of delivery?

With everyone leading such busy lifestyles with people working a home address delivery for the gift basket or gift box maybe difficult. Why not consider a work address for the delivery? A work address maybe an option as most couriers deliver to business during business hours. Just think how awesome it would be receiving the gift basket or gift box at work. It would be such a lovely surprise. Also remember during summer the heat may cause damage to the gift particularly if there are chocolates included. Another option to consider would be to leave the gift basket or gift box at your recipients front door. Delivery instructions are available on the shopping cart page. This gives our courier permission to leave the gift basket or gift box without a signature. Regrettably, we cannot accept claims for loss or damage in these cases.

What delivery service do you use?

We use only the reputable courier company, Fastway Courier services. They are responsible for the delivery of the gift basket or gift box. Our team in Toowoomba is available to deliver that special gift basket, gift box or gift hamper on Saturday.

Can you tell me about Christmas deliveries?

Christmas is one our busiest times of the year. Normal delivery times "do not apply". Please allow at least 3-4 days for shipping of orders. Your patience is greatly appreciated. The order must be placed before the 19th December otherwise we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
